I try to change curriculum, activities and experiences based on the current climate and resources available. Due to the new self assessment method, I have added a 'self assessment' component to my curriculum to help my students understand the importance of a strong basic skills development. I also included resources on and off campus to help develop skills further as needed, to better prepare them for diminishing writing and reading courses. |

The general consensus from student feedback and my evaluation of the course learning outcomes is that they learn how to plan to achieve academic goals and create a career path. Many students would like assistance with creating resumes. That is something that I am thinking about. As of know I refer them to the career center on campus for indivigual and group assistance. |
