BUS 212 create a marketing plan for a small business utilizing appropriate data. 1 - All or most students Individual I have been meeting with other faculty and college staff to find ways for students who do not do well with online learning to be motivated to submit their weekly assignments and readings. In my phone call meetings with me, they have told me the online does not keep them motivated where the on site was better. My experience tells me most of these are the same type of students who would most likely miss several on site class sessions. I have been able to save a few of these students by calling them, boosting all their submissions in a positive light even when they were not so good. I feel many of these students just have very poor learning skills resulting from not held to getting their work in while in High School. My many conversations over many years with these types of students verify that. This said, I am planning on doing more direct calls with the students not turning in the work or showing time on canvas. I am not going to allow much time to get the assignments in which I did this semester and did not find improvement. Motivation and learning skill training is the answer. How to get them into the courses is the challenge.
